Shipping & Delivery Policy

Domestic Delivery (UK Only Until July 16th):

• All prints will be rolled in a tube and sent by DHL.
• Orders will be processed and dispatched within 14 days from the order date.
• Deliveries are made during business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Service Details:

• DHL offers reliable and efficient domestic delivery services within the UK.
• Packages are typically delivered within 1-3 business days after dispatch.
• If no one is available to receive the parcel, DHL will leave a calling card with instructions for arranging a redelivery or collecting from a local DHL Service Point.

Worldwide Delivery (Starting July 16th):

• After July 16th, prints will be available for worldwide shipping.
• International delivery times and costs will vary based on the destination.

General Information:

• DHL does not deliver to PO Boxes in the UK.
• For all shipments, a full street address is required.
• Customers can track their parcels online in real-time through the DHL website.
